Scope of Work: Diagnostic assessment of the pathology of a building with load-bearing masonry and horizontal (diaphragmatic) structural elements (slabs and beams) made of reinforced concrete.
Detailed Description: Comprehensive investigation program including documentation of structural elements and reinforcements, as well as field tests to determine mechanical, chemical, and electrochemical properties for the corrosion of steel reinforcement. Additionally, technical analyses were conducted to assess the strength of the concrete and load-bearing masonry.
