Scope of Work: Quality Control (QC) of structural reinforcement applications in reinforced concrete buildings.
Detailed Description: Field tests were conducted to assess the applications of structural reinforcement, either with reinforced concrete jackets or by bonding Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP). Specifically, for the interventions with jackets, Pull-Off tests were carried out on the sprayed concrete (Gunite), as well as Pull-Out tests on the steel bar anchors. Additionally, tests were performed to evaluate the reliability of FRP reinforcement applications with Pull-Off tests.
