Scope of Work: Quality Control (QC) and Compliance regarding the application of protective paint coatings on the cooling tower of the unit. The inspection and testing area covered 80,000 m2 with a maximum height of 170 m.
Detailed Description: Daily 3rd party inspection to ensure the quality of the protective coatings, which included monitoring of climatic conditions, substrate preparation inspections, and the quality of final layers with thickness measurements of the dry film and adhesion checks.
