Scope of Work: Diagnostic documentation inspection of the pathology of the building, which is a load-bearing masonry structure with horizontal structural elements (slabs and beams) made of reinforced concrete.
Detailed Description: Comprehensive investigation program that included surveys of structural elements and reinforcements, as well as field tests to determine the mechanical, chemical, and electrochemical characteristics for the corrosion of steel reinforcement. Additionally, technical analyses were carried out to assess the strength and load-bearing capacity of reinforced concrete.
